Our Story
King’s College Online Tutoring first started as a Homework club running every Wednesday during our bible study sessions for adults. The children needed a space to call their own, so a Homework club was established to help students with their on-going curriculum in Math and English language. During the pandemic shut down, we saw an opportunity to move beyond our physical gathering and in view of the ongoing pandemic, the program was transitioned to an online mode of study.
Going this route enabled to us to touch a wider community outside of those who regularly attended our bible study sessions. Now we can touch students from other communities and across the globe. In like manner, we have been able to attract a wider community of tutors to assist in facilitating the program, all of whom volunteer their time to impart knowledge to our students.
Although, separate from our regular Private day program, King’s College Preparatory School, the two are affiliated and under the umbrella of our Rhema Education Development Corporation.
